PPC Landing Page
Some pay per click networks do not allow affiliates to send visitors
directly to their affiliate url, so there is a need to create affiliate
landing pages on your domain.
However, because the visitor has to go through that landing page,
there is no way to determine which keyword caused the sale at the
affiliate site... until now.
This tool allows you to track which keywords generates the affiliate
sale even if visitors goes through a landing page on your domain.
The process works like this:
- The Visitor clicks on your Adtrackz tracking link at the pay
per click search engine. The tracking link is configured using
the
keyword tracking method described here.
- The visitor is sent to your affiliate landing page which has
a link to the product you're promoting embedded with your affiliate
ID AND the keyword that they searched on the PPC engine. The
keyword
is dynamically added by Adtrackz.
- The visitor clicks on the link and goes to the affiliate site.
If they order, the keyword is logged with the affiliate site.
Note: This feature only works with affiliate networks that support
the ability to pass extra parameters through the affiliate url.
To use this feature, simply enter the affiliate url as directed
and further instructions will be provided.
